GuidewireSI Hires Oracle Senior Manager to Lead Its 360Care Managed Services Business

DENVER— February 16, 2017 — Guidewire Systems Integrator announced that Shannon Urbana joined Guidewire as Director of 360Care Managed Services and will report to Skip Blades, Founder and CEO.

Urbana joins GuidewireSI after more than 20 years of ERP and CRM experience in customer support management, implementations, project management, presales, and training. For the past 11 years, Urbana worked for Oracle as a Senior Manager for JD Edwards Distribution and Manufacturing.
