Shannon Urbana leads the 360Care Managed Service business unit. She oversees the onboarding and ongoing management of GuidewireSI’s customers and consultants. Her emphasis is on change management, customer support best practices and operational executions.
Shannon brings more than 20 years of ERP and CRM leadership experience in customer support management, implementations, project management, presales, and training. Prior to joining the Guidewire leadership team, Shannon was Senior Support Manager with Oracle. Over her 20-year career, she worked with J.D. Edwards and Siebel customers with a key focus on J.D. Edwards Manufacturing, Distribution Job Cost, and CRM products.
I enjoy spending time working out, skiing, attending my kids sports, and enjoying life with my family and friends. I am active with many non-profit organizations, in particular with Ford Warriors in Pink.
